We couldn't get the users to "return" back to the lesson from the survey. We also opened it in a new window - but then there was no way to make the completion of a survey a "required" step to completing the learning path. Although this isn't nearly as nice, is it possible to add a quiz instead of a survey? Or perhaps to build the survey into the scorm package? I think we ran into this problem as well.
